Several incinerator plants in Taiwan are being renovated. Therefore, the government has the need to subsidize the construction, expansion or upgrading of fine classification plants, and use industrial boilers to treat derivatized waste after classified. This plan proposes to subsidize local governments to build fine classification plants or improve sorting efficiency to reduce derivative waste, and Make waste plastic label RDF and test it to see if it is suitable as fuel, then burn in a circulating fluidized bed boiler, detecting the characteristics of air pollution and waste, and checking whether this method causes environmental impact.The experimental results show that the RDF made from waste plastic label is suitable for use as fuel and belongs to the excellent fuel in EU SRF standard. It is feasible to burn with circulating fluidized bed boiler, which is worthy of government promotion in the future. Some details of the implementation of the test burn and other issues such as regulatory restrictions should be noted, it worth referring to and revising the direction of future policy implementation by EPA and the Industrial Bureau.
